Cash race is bipartisan in 2019 (InsideNOVA)

Maintaining the 15 seats Democrats flipped from Republicans in the 2017 election will be key if Democrats hope to gain control of the House, said Stephen Farnsworth, a political science and international affairs professor at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg.

Stephen Farnsworth Stephen J. Farnsworth is Professor of Political Science and International Affairs and Director of the Center for Leadership and Media Studies at the University of Mary Washington. Dr. Farnsworth is the author or co-author of seven books on the presidency, the mass media and public opinion and is a 2017 recipient of the Virginia Outstanding Faculty Award.
