Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington in Virginia said that President Trump has been very anxious to return to campaigning after being sidelined by the Covid-19 virus. With large numbers of people voting early and absentee, being hospitalized has not been helpful to the president's re-election campaign, Farnsworth said.
