Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington in Virginia said that President Biden plans to deploy the members of his administration to make the case to the nation that a massive infrastructure bill is needed to prepare the US for the future. New bridges, new roads and expanding broadband internet into underserved areas will be popular with most voters, Farnsworth said.
