"This is certaintly a bombshell revelation. When we’re thinking about the U.S. military, uniformed military people, trying to keep the president out of the loop in terms of military actions, we’re really talking about something comparable to the final days of Watergate, in August 1974," said UMW Professor of Political Science Stephen Farnsworth.
