“We recognize in the United States the kind of threat that China poses, both military and economic, and the Biden administration is making it clear that the challenge is a two-prong challenge. With respect to Russia, we all know around the world that the situation with Russia is really more military”, said Stephen Farnsworth, professor of political science at the University of Mary Washington.
