Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington in Virginia said that the public will judge President Biden’s first year largely on how quickly the new administration can get vaccines into the arms of Americans. With an immunization rate now exceeding 2 million doses a day, the new president’s team is off to a good start, Farnsworth said.
