Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that Republican efforts to repeal Obamacare continue to be blocked by profound disagreements among Republicans in Congress. Even if the Republicans in the U.S. House can agree on a “repeal and replace” plan at some point — and there are no assurances they can — Republicans in Senate won’t pass the House bill.
