Former FBI Director James Comey’s new book and his media interviews represent a major challenge for President Trump, who reporters calculate has made more than 2,000 false statements so far in his presidency.
“No reasonable person would expect President Trump to win a credibility face-off with James Comey,” said Stephen Farnsworth, professor of political science at the University of Mary Washington.
