Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that people who disapprove of President Trump should not take comfort in the fact that presidential aides reportedly have been keeping documents from the president so that he doesn't take action they dislike.

"That's no way to run a White House," Farnsworth said. "Every president has a right to staffers who support him."
