Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that the Trump administration seems conflicted on its plans for NAFTA because some businesses like the status quo and others do not. Canadian interests would be well-served by scheduling a meeting between the Prime Minister and President Trump during the Davos meetings this week, Farnsworth said.
