Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that President Trump is unlikely to testify under oath in a public session before Congress, but is likely to be asked questions under oath by Justice Department investigators looking into possible Russian hacking of the US election allegations of possible collusion with members of the Trump campaign last year.
