Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that the release of two pages of Donald Trump’s tax return does not say all that much about Trump’s possible financial arrangements with international figures, including Russian oligarchs. Trump’s current policy concerns, including a controversial health care bill and his second proposed executive order regarding travel from several Middle Eastern nations, are far more important, Farnsworth said.
