Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that President Trump's concern that Russian President Putin will try to help Democrats in the 2018 election doesn't seem credible in light of the president's continuing arguments that Russia did not intervene to help him in 2016. "He's just try to shift the blame in case the Democrats do well this November," Farnsworth said.
