Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington in Virginia said that the White House continues to struggle to create a National Security team that can work together, and work with President Trump. The president had clearly soured on his National Security Adviser in recent weeks, Farnsworth said, and it was no surprise that Trump is looking for his fourth such adviser in three years.
