Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that President Trump’s first year has been a rocky one, with little success in ending the Affordable Care Act, rewriting the North American Free Trade Agreement, or even keeping the federal government open and operating into January 20, the one-year anniversary of his inauguration.
