Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that Congressional Democrats will never be satisfied with the Attorney General's summary of what was contained in Robert Mueller's report. If the report exonerates President Trump as fully as Trump says it does, the president would benefit from its release, Farnsworth said.
