Professor Stephen Farnsworth of the University of Mary Washington said that President Trump's legal troubles are not over, since federal prosecutors and congressional investigators are continuing to look at a variety of legal and political issues. His vow to investigate his opponents suggest that these political fights will be key part of the debate  between now and the presidential election of  2020, Farnsworth said.
