The forum, which includes candidates from the 2nd, 31st, the 51st House of Delegate districts, will be moderated by Stephen J. Farnsworth, professor and director of the Center for Leadership and Media Studies at the University of Mary Washington. All three districts contain significant numbers of Prince William County voters.
